Reservations: Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificates is required when making reservations. (Your card will not be charged unless there is a “no show” for you scheduled appointment)
Guest Cancellation: We request the courtesy of a 12-hour cancellation notice for all Magnolia Medical Spa treatments. Cancellations of less the 12-hours or no-shows will be charged at 100%. For no show or failed to cancel within 12 hours, appointments made with purchased Gift Certificates become invalid.
Arrival Time: So as not to sacrifice any minutes of the Magnolia Medical Spa experience, we suggest that clients arrive early. New clients, please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment for a consultation and to supply basic information. Unfortunately, clients arriving after their scheduled appointment time will not receive an extension of services and will be responsible for full service fees. All treatments must end at the scheduled time, as to prevent the delay of the next clients services.
Cell Phones and Pagers: To keep the serenity of the spa experience, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival. Every effort is made to ensure that the spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect our other guests’ desire for privacy and quiet.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of services and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash value or extended past their expiration date.
Spa Treatment Attire: If desired, undergarments or a swimsuit may be worn during treatment, however, our therapists are trained to discreetly drape and provide you with complete privacy at all times. Please let us know if we may make you more comfortable.
Payment: We accept cash, local checks, Visa MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Gratuities may not be added to Gift Certificates.
Note: Valuables should not be brought into the facility, as we are not responsible for articles that may become lost or stolen. All sales are final, there are no refunds on services, including gift certificates.
Refunds: We accept any unopened and unused retail product return for complete refund within thirty days of purchase with receipt. Opened and /or used products may be returned with receipt with management approval for spa credit only. Spa credit may be applied to the purchase of future product or service. If you are dissatisfied with a service or your experience, please notify your service provider and then the Magnolia Medical Spa management team immediately.
